General Conditions: A warranty is included with all of our products which is active from the day of receipt and for the duration of one year. We will cover all parts and labor expenses required for any repairs due to any inherit manufacturing flaws or defects under normal use.

Please note that damages from normal wear and tear are not covered, nor are purely superficial damages. We will assess repair claims on a case by case basis, but generally, any damages to our products that occur outside of the scope of intended use are not covered.

Unless you purchased your product directly from us, a receipt of the original purchase is required in order for us to process repairs. Any product purchased from a non-authorized retailer or as used from an outside party are not be eligible for warranty service.

If we receive your product for repairs and find that we are unable to service it, then we may replace it with a similar product in stock or offer you a full/partial refund or store credit. We will contact you if this is the case and figure out what works best on a case by case basis.

We will assess your product once your file a Repair Claim form and pending it’s approval we will have you send us the product. Please note that complimentary shipping is not included for repair service.

Service beyond the one year included warranty is also available. For all such repairs, please fill out a Repair Claim form and we will do our best to give you an accurate quote for the repair services, although we cannot guarantee total cost or repairability of your product until we asses it.

Returns / Exchanges

For Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may opt to return your product(s) within 15 days of receipt. This applies to all Parallelogram Store items unless marked otherwise.

Any returned item must be sent back to us exactly as it was received: unused, undamaged, and intact in its original packaging. Products not received in this condition may be refused or may incur fees for re-stocking and/or repairs. Please contact us if you are at all unsure about the returnable condition of your product before sending it.

In order to initiate a refund, simply fill out the request form found on this page. We will provide you with the address with which you should send your returned item and further instructions.

When shipping us back your returned product, you may use any shipping provider you prefer, but please insure the product is repackaged well and we highly recommend tracking services so that the package can be easily located if lost. Unfortunately we cannot cover any products which have been lost during return shipping.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned product and have confirmed its condition. We typically process refunds within 10-15 business days of having received the item. We will make any necessary adjustments to your originally charged amount and refund the payment to the card which was originally used.

Please note that all shipping costs and any applicable customs costs are your responsibility and cannot be refunded. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

*Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receiving it. If there is any mistake, defect, or damage with your order you have 3 days within receipt to notify us and we will do our best to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

For Exchanges: In order to insure quick shipping service and reliably get you items while they remain in stock, we do not directly offer an exchange service. Please simply process a Return for your original order and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

We will honor any coupons used or sale prices from the time of the original order, pending that the terms and conditions are still applicable. In such a case, the adjusted price difference will be accounted for in the refunded amount from the original purchase rather than in the new order.

In such a case, please let us know that you are doing an Exchange by ticking the box in the form below so that we can flag your new order and successfully apply the coupon.

Please note that our Return/Exchange policies only apply to purchases made directly on our website. If you did not purchase your product directly from us, please contact the shop from which you have purchased the product directly.
