1. Where can I find your products?

    We have a number of suppliers for our products in many countries. Please refer to our Store Locator to find a number of stores (both online and retail) where you can find our products.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yup! We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that customs and duties may incur based on the country you are shipping to.

  3. Do you have an official retail store?

    Unfortunately, for the time being, we only have a webstore and a small, private design studio at this time.

  4. How can I be certain my product is real?

    If you have purchased one of our products from any of the retailers listed on our store locator then you are completely safe. If you have purchased our product from a shop that is not listed, we would suggest looking at the product label to find the regional distributor, which we have posted on

Sa Umbrella

  1. How long is the warranty for my Sa?

    Your Sa Umbrella or Sa Compact Umbrella includes a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please hold onto your receipt! We are unable to offer repair service if we cannot verify your date of purchase.

  2. What if I want to change the color of my umbrella?

    You have 15 days to return or exchange your unused umbrella in its original packaging for a different color. Please fill out an exchange request form which can be found here.

  3. My umbrella is broken! How can I get it repaired?

    Depending on the type of damage, your umbrella may or may not be covered by our warranty, so the cost of repair may vary. Please fill out the repair form here and let us know as much as possible about the damage so that we can help you to the best of our ability. Non-warranty repairs are generally accepted, but the repair cost will vary on a case by case basis. If we are unable to repair your umbrella or are out of stock for the replacement part, we may replace it with a similar model in stock. We will contact you should this be the case.
