General

  1. Where can I find your products?

    We have a number of suppliers for our products in many countries. Please refer to our Store Locator to find a number of stores (both online and retail) where you can find our products. However, we always recommend purchasing from us directly since it will guarantee your product is legitimate and it will insure that we can assist you directly.

  2. How can I be certain my product is real?

    If you have purchased one of our products from any of the retailers listed on our store locator then you are completely safe. If you have purchased our product from a shop that is not listed, we would suggest looking at the product label to find the regional distributor, and then cross referencing that with our locator. Then it goes without saying that purchasing directly from us is a sure thing.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    Yup! We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that customs and duties may incur based on the country you are shipping to.

  4. Do you have an official retail store?

    We only have a webstore and a small, private design studio for the time being.

  5. Can I visit your office?

    Office visits can be arranged by appointment only. Please contact us here if you would like to inquire.

  6. How can I find out more about your next products?

    If you subscribe to our newsletter here, then you will be amongst the first to learn about our newest products and developments in the studio.

Sa Umbrella

  1. How long is the warranty for my Sa?

    Your Sa Umbrella or Sa Compact Umbrella includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please hold onto your receipt! We are unable to offer repair service if we cannot verify proof and date of purchase.

  2. What if I want to change the color of my umbrella?

    You have 15 days to return or exchange your unused umbrella in its original packaging for a different color. Please follow the procedure which can be found here to move forward with that process.

  3. My umbrella is broken! How can I get it repaired?

    Depending on the type of damage, your umbrella may or may not be covered by our warranty, so the cost of repair may vary. Please fill out the repair form here and let us know as much as possible about the damage so that we can help you to the best of our ability. Non-warranty repairs are also generally accepted, but the repair cost will vary on a case by case basis. If we are unable to repair your umbrella or are out of stock for the replacement part, we may replace it with a similar model in stock. We will contact you should this be the case.

  4. Is my Sa strong enough to use in a hurricane? Tropical storm?

    Best not to find out! Even if it remains in one piece, the Sa was never designed to be used in such extreme weather conditions. We highly recommend seeking safety and shelter in such cases! Beyond that, if you are still under warranty, damaged incurred in extreme weather are not covered, so you run the risk of permanently and irreversibly damaging your lovely umbrella!
